PMOS Health Check · Early access in Belgium
See what your bloodwork says about your PMOS
One blood check for women with PMOS (formerly PCOS): your hormones, metabolism, energy and thyroid, reviewed by a doctor alongside everything you already track in Josie.
First group starts in February 2027 · 50 places · Refundable deposit
Why a blood check
A diagnosis is a starting point, not the full picture
Many women with PMOS get a diagnosis and little follow-up after it. Your tracking shows how you feel; your bloodwork shows what's happening underneath. Together, they give you and your doctor a clearer story.

Questions
Before you reserve
Our first group is for women in Belgium, aged 18 or older, who have already been diagnosed with PMOS (formerly PCOS) and want to understand and support their health. It is not available during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and the glucose sensor is not suitable if you use insulin or are being treated for diabetes. On hormonal contraception? You can join; your doctor will explain how it affects some results. If you are being treated for an eating disorder, please talk to us before joining the Metabolic Programme.
Yes, and we take care of it: a partner doctor prescribes your tests.
At a partner lab near you in Belgium, in the morning because some tests need you to fast. We share the list of locations before the start.
Most markers in the panel don't depend on your cycle day. If your cycle is regular, we plan the draw early in your cycle. If it is irregular or absent, any morning works, and your doctor reads your results with your cycle history from Josie.
Your results are stored securely in the EU. Only you, your reviewing doctor and the few Josie team members who manage your programme can access them. We never share them with third parties or use them for advertising, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Not by default. Some insurers cover prevention programmes; we will share any partnerships as they are confirmed.
No. The Josie app helps you understand and follow your body over time. Your results are reviewed by an independent doctor. For a diagnosis or treatment, speak with your own doctor, and bring your Josie report along.
It reserves your place. It is deducted from your final price, or refunded in full if you change your mind.
